My last two hours. But time still won’t pass quick enough.

I’m calling this one Mahogany. I think I’m finished. Started on another piece but I can’t finish it yet. I have a good feeling about it.

My art is what keeps me sane. It’s all that I have at the end of the day. If nothing else, I have my talent and ambition. It is the only thing I truly love and it genuinely makes me happy.

Now all I need is some gloss.
And I’ve grown to like working on wood more than canvas. More encaustic work after this one is complete.

Something is telling me I’m not done with this one.
